Job Description

-Defining the vision, road-map and growth opportunities
-Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
-Prioritizing needs
-Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
-Anticipating client needs
-Evaluating product progress at each iteration
-Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
-Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
-Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
-Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Requirements

-Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of analysis and documentation of requirements and business in the field of financial systems -Experience in product Prototyping -Familiar with software production process and scrum methodology -Sufficient skills in managing software projects -Ability to specify roadmap, project phasing and prioritize project components and provide product features -Good communication skills and articulation -Ability to solve problems and make decisions -Adequate knowledge in the field of agile methodologies -Solid understanding of the all roles in Scrum methodology and the tasks of each of them -Ability to communicate effectively with other roles in Scrum -Sufficient knowledge about the concept of Back Log in Scrum software production methodology -Familiar with task management systems such as Jira and YouTrack -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 38
