- Managing all local and foreign purchasing process - Monitoring potential and active orders and shipments. - Supervising Import Registry Regulation and steps through NTWS - Managing Customs Clearance process with Customs broker and through EPL website - Managing and training procurement department staffs - Reporting supply and logistics statistics to CEO - Create procurement strategies - Finding new and potential suppliers
Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in in Commercial Management or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in in purchasing and supplying industrial instruments in OIL, Gas, petrochemical and steel sector. Petrochemical field is an asset.
- Fluent in English and commercial correspondence
- Solid knowledge in all commercial tasks, import regulation, customs clearance and banks processes.
- Firm knowledge in all steps of Import registry in NTWS
- Complete ability to work with Office Microsoft and CRM
- Professional in public relation and ability to communicate with internal and foreign suppliers.
- Ability to solve related job challenges
