If so, we are looking for a talented and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist.
You’ll be joining a supportive and growing marketing team at an established, late-stage start up.
Responsibilities:
- Track campaign results and compile data and reports that consistently allow for opportunities to improve and systematize.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends, share with team members and keep strategies up-to-date, staying ahead of the ever evolving world of tourism & Hospitality.
- Monitor and interpret performance reports on all channels (website, Adwords social, and Affiliate)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)

Requirement
- 2+ Years managing performance marketing programs, including channels such as
Google AdWord. (Including running these channels).
- Deep knowledge of current tracking platforms and attribution methodology.
- Experience using analytics or attribution platforms like Google Analytics or other analysis platforms.
- experience leading A/B testing, landing page optimization and a range of other funnel refinement practices.
- Strong understanding of performance-based marketing (digital acquisition, eCommerce, Affiliate marketing).
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy across paid media channels and new customer acquisition.
