Job Description

-Follow up to get pre arrival / import document (B/L & Manifest), inputting & filling manifest / uploading EDI
-Control container
-Coordinate with Branches to get TIP & follow to cancel & extend if needed
-Sending arrival notice to consignees & release D/o
-Update of Containers movement
-Follow idling procedure up to empty unit back to line’s nominated depot
-Preparation of DD – Damage invoice to customer & follow to settle outstanding
-Quote cost & ocean freight to customers; confirm booking & collection of necessary documents
-booking confirmation, preparation of empty container release letter
-Follow to get export documents – shipping instruction from shipper & reserve space on the first available vessel/voyage
-Preparation of B/L draft to shipper & get their confirmation prior Vessel sailing
-Preparation of invoice & departure notice to customers
-Collection of cost / ocean freight
-Issue of OB/L / Telex release based on customer’s requirements
-Arrange to send Pre arrival - documents (B/L, Cargo manifest & Freight manifest) to POD agent prior Vessel sailing
-Arrange to send TDR after Vessel sailing
-Timely report to colleagues & management based on requirement

Requirements

-2 year of experience in the Shipping Industry -Good command of English both spoken and written -Advanced Knowledge Shipping procedures and regulations -Good command of Microsoft Office / Outlook -Ability to analyze and present -Ability to data entry (import/export/control container) -Having ability to work with OTMS -Fluent in English
