Job Description

The network operations center is responsible for the monitoring and response of IT service-related issues to expedite the repair and minimize negative customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide charging monitoring, incident response, communications management, and reporting problems 24/7
-Ensure the smooth running of the network and services of the charging system and follow-up tasks/issues due to the specified SLA.
-Mitigate or resolve the incoming incident and support requests and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary.
- Ensure smooth handoff of cases to other team resources, as may be required.
-Support continuous improvement to monitoring services and internal processes for the resolution of support requests.
 

Requirements

-Excellent command of English. -Strong commitment to exceptionally high standards in the work environment. -Ability to communicate with all levels. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high-pressure environment. *positive point for familiarity with Linux. *positive point for familiarity with telecom network. please consider this position has rotational shift-work.
