Job Description
- Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Handle both fields indoor and outdoor activity for visit and more negotiation potential customers.
- Research and visit potential customers in a related area
- Follow-up and close opportunities
- Providing pre-sales information to customers
- Represent the company and its products at marketing events
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and developing creative solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors and nurses
- Undertaking relevant research
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- Maintaining detailed records
- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
- Writing reports and other documents
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Understanding the principles of sales -Teamwork capability - Aware of negotiating contracts - Energetic and passionate about sales - Advanced degree in a related field - Strong communication skills - Familiar with internet and computer skills
