- Supervise the activities of field sales group in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives. .- Lead a special project with medical representatives or help the manager in the coordination of team activities. - Direct and supervise assigned sales team. - Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. - Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. - Schedules appointments and makes sales presentations to key customers. - Helping sales team on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. - Resolve complaints regarding sales and service. - Manage local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas. - Plan and direct sales team, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. - Determine price schedules and discount rates. - Review operational records and reports to Sales Manager. - Managing contact list - Monitoring sales activities via double visit.
Requirements
- Related educational major (Pharm D, DVM, Biology, ...)
- Having at least 5 years of related experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Fluent in English,(Especially Reading and Writing Skills).
- Having people management skills in order to lead the assigned team and work with peers.
- Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills, team working
- Flexible for business trips.
