• In line with overall company strategy, the Medical Manager is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans, providing scientific information, helping design and organize clinical studies, building educational dialogue with KOLs and regulatory stakeholders. • Provide medical support and expertise on products necessary for corporate requirements, medical and regulatory affairs, marketing and sales force needs • Conduct clinical studies, realize feasibility studies of potential study fields, review study protocol and manage medical budget • Organize in-house medical training activities for the sales and marketing team, design and review training tools and visual aids to be the point of contact for all medical questions. • Attend congresses and symposiums for Key Opinion Leader Management purposes and gather knowledge and experience in order to share information internally. • Manage all medical events & meetings.
Requirements
• General practitioner, Medical Doctor
• Additional business degree would be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in pediatrics field is strongly desired.
• Having experiences in supplementary products is an advantage.
• Able to analyze medical data and translate this to value propositions adapted to local practice and customer needs
• Team player, able to leverage inputs across a range of internal stakeholders/connectors
• Strategic thinking, able to identify opportunities beyond the product/big picture thinker.
• Professional in English and Microsoft office tools.
• Expert in preparation of reports, business plans, etc.
