Objective of the role: Increase the fluency of workload between divisions and create specific tracking patterns to better measure KPI. The ideal candidate also needs to be pro-active and create opportunities for the company. List of responsibilities: - Create, maintain and follow-up marketing campaigns based on requirements presented from each division within the marketing department - Monitor the execution and measure marketing campaigns and their success or failures based on data - Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines - Coordinate with different divisions within the marketing department for a successful flow of information - Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results - Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects - Keep an up-to-date calendar with all relevant divisions of marketing to ensure company SLA. Reporting to: Marketing Manager. Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Travel requirements: Travel is not mandatory but might be required with team. Requirements
The ideal candidate should poses the following:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, business administration or related fields
- 2 - 5 years of related job experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Team work ability and KPI mentality
- SLA based work experience is a positive point
- Creative and out of the box thinker
- Ability to understand, design and implement difficult scenarios with multiple variables
