Job Description

Objective of the Role:

As Market Access Manager at Roche Pars, you will create and implement optimal Market Access strategies for the lifecycle of Roche Pharma products, including potential innovative access solutions and alternative reimbursement models.

List of Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Market Access strategies to ensure optimal and timely access to Roche products
- Develop productive relationship and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, arrange and participate actively and regularly in relevant sessions, to get insight, increase awareness, co-create and ultimately improve access to Roche products
- Contribute to the formula listing application process including, but not limited to, pharmacoeconomic study preparation
- Lead reimbursement process including understanding payer value drivers, creating payer value proposition, reimbursement dossier, and alternative reimbursement models and following up applications
- Lead and follow quota and currency allocations of Roche products
- Continuous monitor and timely determine and share Market Access environment development and its opportunities/threats and lead the development and implementation of necessary changes in strategies and innovative proposals
- Be the point of contact and serve as an internal expert for relevant stakeholders to timely collect, assess, provide insight and communicate products related market access topics, including economic studies, quota and currency allocation, funding, reimbursement, healthcare capacity, health-economic affairs, stakeholders mapping and generic/biosimilar entries
- Determine and implement early access strategies including early engagements in the relevant disease areas with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor the access projects planned by Roche Global, actively take charge of such projects, adopt them to Iran's environment, and ensure that they are implemented in Iran to the maximum possible level.

Requirements

University Qualifications: - Degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Pharmacoeconomics, and Health Economics Nature & Length of Previous Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Access and Health Economics functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Specialist Knowledge: - Business acumen and strong medical analytical skills (data analysis – data interpretation – data consolidation and reporting) - Deep knowledge and understanding of local health-care system/entities and Market Access processes, including registration/pricing/reimbursement/quota and currency allocation, coupled with related experiences and the ability to understand and address opportunities/gaps for bringing innovative medicines to clinical practice - Track record of project management experience in a complex and multiple project environment - Health economic modeling experience - Industry & disease/therapeutic areas knowledge - Solid knowledge of country pharma law and regulations - Work competently with related software programs - Advanced English verbal and written communication skills Soft Skills & Personality Traits: - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking/partnering skills (internal & external) - Strong team player with advanced cross-functional collaboration skills (has consistently excelled in cross-functional teams and regularly demonstrated effective leadership skills) - Desire and ability to work in an agile organization, embracing change and new flexible ways of working based on trust - Appreciates the diversity of working across multiple countries and the ability to work in a matrix multicultural organization - High attention to detail and ability to maintain high autonomy level - High ethical standards and acting as a role model by demonstrating the Roche Values (Integrity, Passion, Courage)
