Job Description

-Identify and optimize processes
-Aligning organizational processes with business strategies
-Documentation and continuous review of organizational processes
-Establish and implement workflow management structures
-Simplify and clarify the organization's processes to facilitate the use of the organization's people in performing daily tasks
-Preparation of executive methods and instructions
-Defining information flow and classifying information in the organization and establishing a knowledge management system
-Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency
-Develop or implement programs to address problems related to production, materials, safety, or quality
-Modify equipment or processes to improve resource or cost efficiency

Requirements

-At least B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering is preferred -At least 5 years of experience in Process engineering, including 3 years managerial position -Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services -Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel). -Great People Management -Goal and result-oriented -Familiar with catering process
