- Review and assess the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas so that compliance with HSSE policy, guidelines, applicable standards and instructions, and government regulations are realized.
- Understand relevant technical requirements in HSSE align with regulatory requirements, and company policies and identify required safety material for work sites.
- Improve the quality of the HSSE programs by updating existing or issuing new documents, processes, and policies. Supervise the team for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs and processes.
- Manage and review worksite assessments, identifies unsafe acts/conditions or unsafe behaviors, provide guidance and recommendations for corrective action. Support HSSE Manager in Achieving HSSE objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hazard identification, risk assessment, and promotion of HSE awareness and commitment to HSE.
- Identifying and updating the specific HSE procedures, instructions, tools, and HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
- Setting operational objectives in collaboration with the HSE unit and providing reports to the management and the head of HSE.
- Supporting activities in compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Assuring unit readiness for internal and external audits.
- Performing proper investigations, reporting, and mitigation of accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, and behaviors with coordination and continuous improvements of processes.
- Following ISO45001 & ISO 14001 regulations in HSE inspections and directing regular housekeeping inspections.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent HSE management. - BS or MS in Occupational Health and safety, Industrial safety engineering or related fields. - 10 years’ experience in managing HSE. - Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001. IMS, OHSAS - Good knowledge of national and international requirements and requirements of HSE. - Good knowledge of the fire prevention system. - Ability to manage contractors based on HSE requirements. - Ability to assess risks and investigate incidents & analyze root cause. Good communication skills. - Ability to Teamwork and training the employee. - Good observation skills. - Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills. - Ability to train others. - Language Fluency: Fluent in writing and speaking in Russian or English. - Ideal Age: 28- 40 Job - Gender Preference: Male
