Job Description

•Main Objective:
Develop and monitor all employees activity to achieve the effective organizational development initiatives. This position is responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives

•Main Responsibilities:
-Plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees
-Acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization
-Follow up all administration & training
-Plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor's degree level with experience of HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, OD -At least 5 years direct experiences in HROD with end-to-end experiences from strategy innovative to execution -Previous experience in planning, design and executing HROD intervention/program for organization -Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation and change management -Analytical & initiative -Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills -Preservice to see the changes -Positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes -Prefer candidate who has handled dynamic working environment -Good ability to work with the team and independent
