Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with good communication skills and some experience with related works. This teammate is expected to manage some job hiring processes, evaluate candidates, negotiate with talents, apply Employer Branding strategies to work, cooperate with the tech team to fill vacancies, and interact with all employees to find problems and suggest solutions.

Requirements

- Hand on experience in the whole Technical Recruitment process. - Skilled knowledge of tech positions and functions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong networking abilities. - Good understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Litte knowledge of Labor Law. - Good English skills. - Relevant Bachelor or higher degree. - Familiar with data-driven work concepts. - Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
