Job Description

- Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and processes.
- Identify and monitor human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, interviewing, orienting, and training employees.
- Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc.
- Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction
- Designing and revising job description.
- Evaluate, conduct and follow up training and development plans.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs.
- Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc.
- Planning human resource strategies according to the company mission.
- Monitoring performance management system.
- Design and revising guidelines, procedures and policies.
- Maintains company structures by updating requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluations.

Requirements

- Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading). - +8 years experiences in Human Resource Management - Good knowledge of Iranian Labor law and social security laws and regulations. - Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skill. - Excellent Leadership skills, able to motivate and train others. - Strong team working abilities. - Time management. - Organizational development. - Motivation systems. - Employee relations. - Preferably male - Preferably age: 35-45
