QuanSens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FPGA designer. The candidate will be responsible for the development of embedded programming for our world-class gas analyzers. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implementation, test, and integration of FPGA designs incorporating DSP algorithms and techniques
• Work with project managers to define project schedules. Keep project tasks on schedule and help find solutions to mitigate unexpected delays
• Create and present technical presentations and documentations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience • Demonstrated experience with FPGA design development and VHDL or Verilog coding • Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms implementation in Xilinx FPGAs • Expertise in embedded systems programming using Microblaze and C/C++ • Experience with Matlab filter design and DSP techniques • Good command of verbal and written English • Ability to communicate and work with a multi-disciplinary, product-oriented team • Must be able to work independently and produce measurable results with little supervision • Past experience working with gas analyzers is a plus
