-Carrying out stock acceptance and offering processes in Stock Exchange and Over-The-Counter organization -Carrying out capital increase processes for public stock company -Carrying out the processes of issuing various types of Sukuk bonds -Preparation of justification reports for capital increase or issuance of debt securities -Preparing acceptance prospectus and business plan in order to financing
Requirements
-Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management
-At least 3 years working experience in related jobs
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office
-Ability to lead and persuade colleagues and teammates
-Familiarity with the processes of the stock exchange organization to establish fund
-Ability to receive and process information and provide documentation to establish different types of funds
-Very dynamic team player
-Capability of problem solving
-Good communication skills
-Enough English language skills
