Manage the finance department and take a leading role in the finance team to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and work effectively under the following criteria: • Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports • Monitoring daily and monthly cash flows • Budgeting and rolling forecast • Interfacing with 3rd party especially Tax Ministry , Social Security Organization and other governmental organizations • Liaising with internal and external auditors to deliver the complete statutory accounts • Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices to make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements • Developing Tax and SSO accounting for optimum reporting and smooth functioning • Delivering monthly closing of accounts in collaboration with head office in overseas as per timely deadline • Direct responsibility for KPI of accounts department • Responsible for training and coaching of finance department
Requirements
• BA or MA in accounting/finance fields
• At least 15 years of experience, including 5 years as financial manager
• Vast knowledge of taxation, Social Security and financial compliances
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
