- Inputting, checking & filling all details of export shipments (as NVOCC) in IGM - Work with all EDI websites like CCS - Familiar with shipping software such as OTMS - Conduct export correspondence with line and customers
Requirements
- Good reading and writing skills in English
- Expertise in MS office
- Ability to establish good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience in OTMS Shipping software is an asset
- Working experience in shipping companies is an advantage
- Ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
