•Main Objective: As a company in the field of Barcode& RFID, we need to develop our proprietary software to handle our customer database. In this regard, we need CRM admin with a good practical knowledge and sense of CRM systems.
•Main Responsibilities: -Develop new plugins, workflows and web services in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 -Discover, document, and analyze organizational processes -Define common access rights, such as private -Public read and public read/write Permission for accessing the data across the organization -Provide training and ongoing support for internal users related to systems (report building, data quality, new integration) -Administration and Management, Customizing, Reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
Requirements
-Experience in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
-Experience in customizing and creating CRM entities
-Experience in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
-Experience in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
-Experience with NET/C#
-Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment
-Identify creative work-around to meet requirements without the development of custom code
-Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
-Any Microsoft Certifications are a plus
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
