Job Description

- Holding meetings with suppliers and submitting reports of meetings held
- Market analysis and preparation of statistical reports
- Prepare periodic reports and submit to the relevant management
- Awareness of laws, regulations, rules of purchase, and supply of goods
- Receive purchase information to be referred by a superior
- Inquiring prices before buying goods and entering the distribution cycle and reporting it to the superior authority based on the relevant documents
- Preparation and preparation of relevant minutes and documents related to the purchase contract
- Identify suppliers to provide quality and desirable goods
- Receiving a sample of the goods and presenting it to the superior authority in terms of compliance with the requested specifications
- Carrying out other referral matters related to the organizational position assigned by the superior authority

Requirements
