Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Develop sales and supply strategies to meet corporate growth objectives and monitor performance against goals.
- Lead annual volume planning and the forecasting process to create the annual consolidated commercial plan. He / She will assume the responsibility for the achievement of that plan.
- Lead and motivate commercial organizational inputs to create a robust ongoing new business pipeline, while maximizing pipeline-fed new business successes.
- Working with senior retails Manager and senior supply Manager to maximize profitable growth at targeted accounts.
- Identify, recruit, train and mentor retails and supply teams.
- leverage the strengths of the Company’s relationship with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or higher degrees would be an advantage. - 10+ years of progressive commercial experience. - 5+ Experience in a senior commercial and business development leadership position - Experience in strategic planning and experience of close collaboration with distributors for business development. - Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has delivered on top line results. - Passion for top line growth, technology and customer satisfaction. - Strong management skills with a track record for building talented, high-performing teams - Experience of managing dynamic, fast-moving business environments and enjoys operating with a sense of urgency - Agile, strategic thinker, fast learner and passionate team builder. - Strong communicator, excellent presenter and motivator with strong business acumen and excellent commercial sense. - Highly collaborative team player with the ability to engage quickly, influence and gain follower ship - High expectations for self and others regarding delivery and performance - Familiar with e-commerce industry would be an advantage.
