Job Description

- Communicating and executing of the companies' goals.
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long –term goals.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Implement company policies
- Monitoring cost against budget.

- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities

Requirements

- Having more than 15 years experience & having strong relationship - Having at least master if Business or Economic - A minimum of 10 years of experience in managerial levels of companies - General knowledge of strategic human resource management - Administrative principles and methods, including goal setting, program and budget development and implementation of capital and operating budgets - Having at least 35 years Old - living in Tehran - Judgment and Decision Making Skills - Complex Problem Solving Skills - Critical Thinking Skills - Don't have any problem about mission - Can speak English .
