Job Description
- Perform varied administrative and specialized tasks in support of on-going administration of the HR department and tasks assigned by C&B Supervisor
- Monthly payroll process; calculation, reviewing & validating timesheet, details of payment and organizing information
- Provide administrative support in monthly payroll, including on-time Tax and SSO payment
- Preparing required reports and insight based on payroll information and finance team requirement
- Managing employee's end of service payment and provide required data
- Responsible for annual leave balance of employees and related calculation or provision and keep leave record information in HR system
