Main responsibilities:
• Fundamental analysis and estimating the intrinsic value of companies;
• Technical analysis of the stock of exchange companies;
• Preparing analysis template regarding to each industry requirement;
• Analyzing of the economical, environmental, political situations of the capital market;
• Evaluating investment plans and preparing Feasibility Reports;
• Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate historical information and generate projections;
• Providing investment recommendation based on models, valuations and risk assessment;
• Extracting Financial data from the Codal portal;
• Analyzing financial statements and reports;
• Performing the excel analysis for the companies and prediction of their profitability;
• Following TSETMC site and all news related to industries in the market;
• Presenting and reporting the final prepared analysis for manager.
• Analyzing and valuing companies, projects, enterprises and startups for the clients;
• Market research and competitive environment analysis of focus sectors
• Identify, research, and analyze mergers and acquisitions opportunities
• Perform extensive analysis of a company's market position and competitive landscape
• Conduct extensive company and industry analysis coupled with a detailed review of the financial statements of the target companies
• Develop financial and operational models, investment and valuation analysis
• Attend meetings with the clients and present analysis
• Prepare and contribute to delivery of client and management presentations
