The position
As SAP Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform all production activities related to ERP system SAP which would mainly include following. the main responsibilities are:
• Perform all production activities related to ERP system SAP
• Print Process Order Shop Floor Paper, and prepare batch production/ documentation,
preparation of all identification labels for batch
• Record materials consumption, perform documentation of the cold chain management
• Finalize activities in SAP at the end of the batch production
• Realise SAP inventory and stock adjustment for production
• Understand line clearance and Fill in batch report
• BPR & Logbook registration
• Ensure Basic GMP/Compliance
Requirements
• Preferably 3+ years of industrial experience in SAP and operating production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food or cosmetics) and filling out batch records • Quality Mind-set, self-motivated • Works independently and is a dedicated team player who focuses on results • Committed to producing quality work, and to working according to standards • Fluent in English written and oral, French language is a plus About the department Our global manufacturing unit is called Product Supply.
