Job Description
As Assembly and Packaging Production Manager, you will part of site management team and will be responsible for establishing and managing the assembly and packaging production department for the factory including;
- Managing the overall performance of department
- Achieving production plans
- Managing operational budget
- Attaining all performance indicators of department like quality, EHS, compliance and audits etc.
- Analyzing the performance of production and initiate actions to optimize
- Hiring, training and developing of production team from construction phase to fully operational phase and going forward
- Implement and maintain company culture in the production area and customer site
In addition to above, the position will be required:
- To travel to ensure best practices are applied
- A high degree of independence where best practices are adopted and duplicated
- To think and act globally
Requirements
You hold an engineering degree within mechanical, electrical, or similar field - Having experience within this specialist area including at least.3 years of experience at managerial level. - You should have good knowledge of GMP - To succeed in this role you will need an open mindset and - The ability to interact with different stakeholders, both internal and external. - You will proactively secure best-in-class processes, - Use your good leadership skills to establish a new department. - Ideal age range:30-40 - Analyzer - Customer Orientation - Familiarity with complex devices and structures - Full implementation of designers' instructions without interference - Crisis management ability
