Objective of the role: Concluding guaranteed cultivation contract with farmers to grow the desired varieties of agriculture crops for the factory Construction a fish farm.
List of responsibilities: Monitoring the performance of farmers Control of farm pollution Control and standardization of fertilizer and pesticide use in the field Control the products from seeds to harvest and post-harvest time
Reporting to: CEO. Subordinates: workers of agriculture department. Length of Probation Period: 2 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7Am to 5Pm. Travel requirements: yes, depends on the season and agriculture products. Gross Monthly Base Salary: negotiable more than 8 million toman. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: yes.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Master.
Other certifications obtained: any kind of agriculture certificates.
Nature and length of previous experience: planting, growing and harvesting crops in open farm field.
Specialist knowledge: Fish farming, plant management.
