Job Description


The role of the Admin Assistant (Receptionist) is to have full control on front office, office correspondence, Telephone, Fax, Stationary and office visitors.

Key Accountabilities:

• Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages efficiently and connecting incoming calls to internal departments.
• Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting out e-mail and deliveries
• Keeping an easy to use archiving and retrieval system (hard copy as well as electronic)
• Record the visitors’ specifications and provide “visitors’ Access Card” aligned with the “Access Control Policy”
• Keeping an up to date log of visitors
• Monitor the office drivers’ daily services
• Manage the daily shuttle between HO and Factory
• Keep a record of the stationary consumption
• Manage the external courier services

Requirements

• English Fluency (Both written and oral) • Advanced Word, Average Excel • Good archiving knowledge • Good administrative correspondence skills • Hospitality and patience
