Job Description

•Main Objective:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our full-service animation studio and branding agency that is an exciting, fast-paced, productive office that will require someone who wants to grow within the company.

•Main Responsibilities:
-Acting as a contact point and liaison between the multinational clients and departments within the company to convey information, review the progress, deliver the project’s deliverables, and make sure everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
-Resolves the project issues by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; working with supervisors to ensure correct course of action, following up to ensure resolution
-Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
-Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
-Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client
-Cooperating with market analysis teams in order to define new marketing initiatives
-Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
-Providing progress reports to clients and upper management
-Teaching junior employees how to service the account

Requirements

-University degree in MBA, sales & marketing, or other related fields from credible universities/institutes -Demonstrated excellent oral and written English communication skills with a particular emphasis on voice & video calls , and including email and other electronic channels -Demonstrated experience and ability to develop and manage positive customer relationships -Multitask, Strategic thinking and problem solving -Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) -Background knowledge /previous experience in media & entertainment industry is a plus -Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level -Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities -Strong verbal and written communication skills -English Fluency
